Director Development Program
The Director Development Program is a 12-month rotational program that is intended to develop individuals with a passion for higher education into successful leaders in the Kaplan Higher Education organization.

Finance
Employees in our finance positions are responsible for gathering and maintaining financial data as it relates to the various accounts receivable and business office results and trends. 

Strategy
Our strategy team’s responsibility is to research, analyze, develop and present solutions to complex strategic business issues affecting the Kaplan Higher Education campus business.
